Free Writing

These two journal exercises focus on self-reflection through free writing:

  1. My Best Life: This exercise invites you to envision your ideal life, specifically what you’d be doing if you were your best self. You’re asked to describe a perfect week, focusing on how it feels, without worrying about structure or making sense. The aim is to access your subconscious desires. Afterwards, you reflect on how your current life compares and identify one step to bring your reality closer to this ideal.

  2. Frustrations: This exercise prompts you to write about a current frustration, expressing your deepest fears and dreams. The idea is to let your thoughts flow without filtering, revealing underlying emotions. After writing, you reflect on what you’ve written and consider one small action to alleviate the frustration.

Both exercises use free writing to explore the subconscious, helping to identify areas for growth and actionable steps for improvement.
