What is 100Brix?

From Tea Breaks to Brix

100Brix was co-founded by Dulcie Swanston and Cerys Johnson to take the principles behind Tea Break Training and build them into a scalable learning system for organisations.

Instead of relying on one-off workshops or a single trainer in the room, 100Brix combines:

  • Bite-sized learning
  • Coaching
  • Modular programme design
  • Neuroscience
  • Practical workplace application
  • Ongoing support and embedding into flexible learning systems that organisations can build around their needs.

What is a Brix?

Each “Brix” is a practical, postcard-sized learning concept supported by:

  • Coaching tools
  • Videos
  • Reflection activities
  • Real-world practice exercises
  • Books and research insights

Every Brix is designed to make learning easier to remember, easier to apply, and easier to embed long after the workshop ends.

Because learning should not stop when the session finishes.

How organisations use 100Brix

Why it works differently?

Traditional training often focuses on delivering a great session.

100Brix focuses on what happens afterwards.

Every 100Brix programme is delivered by accredited Executive Coaches — not just trainers or facilitators.

That means the focus is not only on engagement in the room, but on:

  • Behaviour change
  • Accountability
  • Embedding learning
  • Coaching conversations
  • Practical application
  • Long-term ROI

Organisations no longer need to choose between expensive long-form programmes or disconnected one-off workshops.

100Brix allows learning to be built flexibly — one Brix at a time.
