What makes a great mentor? It isn’t having one perfect mentoring style. Just as different occasions call for different shoes or hats, different people and situations need different approaches. Sometimes that means coaching, teaching or challenging; at other times it means listening, reassuring or quietly opening a door on someone’s behalf.
The best mentors learn to recognise what’s needed and adapt. You might have a favourite ‘hat’, but great mentoring is about building a whole wardrobe.
We listen. We understand. We are confident that we can create a bespoke solution
that really adds to your bottom line.
